The Possibility of Physical Immortality

I just spent a week in Scottsdale, Arizona with the most incredible people I have ever met! They so inspire me. They fulfill on the connection I've been longing for all my life. I never thought I would meet them. Actually I dreamed it would be a man who gave my life meaning like nothing I had ever experienced! And then when it wasn't a man over and over again, I gave up. Then through Tantra I became my own Beloved and did not need a man; not out of being angry with men, but out of being in love with myself.

Then this April, I met the Immortals - Chuck, Bernie and Jim and they took the conversation higher, to a place beyond the limited thinking of life and death as natural. They took it to life everlasting like Columbus took the world to round! Wow - was I ever stirred up! How could this be? And how excited was I!

Well, everything I've been learning myself and then teaching people has been to retrain my/their neurology. Basically it's been to reframe the way we respond to sensation - have pleasure - let go of pain, shame, guilt. Be in the body and make room for having it all in the very cells. I've learned and taught people to eradicate trauma and make love in the unknown. Be wide open for the unexpected!

And then, as fate would have it, I met the three people who would show me the next level - physical immortality, basically having it all on earth now and forever!

Talk about unexpected!

Through them I have come to see some basic truths:
1) Science can jump us to ages we never dreamed of.
2) Hearing the words/support of other immortals can retrain our neurological responses to be for and in favor of life everlasting.
3) The culture at large is based on the certainty of death and many things we accept as reality are based on this certainty - like war, medicine, depression.
4) The body houses the mind and therefore would have no thoughts about anything, even reincarnation if there was no body so how authentic could reincarnation be?
5) The body regenerates its cells every 90 days and and it's bone structure every 7 years just to name a few miracles of the body. All things considered, we could really do it - live forever!

And on and on.

So, I've declared myself an immortal being in the flesh and I have closed the door to many esoteric beliefs like reincarnation and past lives and future lives, entities, astral travel, akashic records, etc. I want only to live fully now and in every moment. I am open to being around for a very long time - until eternity. I get better as every day comes and goes and I look forward to being here and with you forever.

Simple Intimacy Coaching

I had an amazing interview on my radio show Tantra Café on www.BBSRadio.com last week with Intimacy coaches Sam Gedal and Monica Day.

They had three particular points that I feel it important to share here:

1) Intimacy is based on communication.
2) Asking for what you want once and not getting it doesn’t mean to not ask again. In other words, ask your partner again if they refuse or if they don’t remember. Don’t let one decline mean it’s forever.
3) Become a researcher, and explorer of your partner’s joy and happiness.

I particularly wanted to write about these three things because they seem so fundamental to me and yet I know there was a time when I did not really understand how to do it or be it. I want everyone to know these simple things.

Initiation Experience

Wow, what an amazing experience it was! And major transformation did happen.

This all comes on top of the fact that the place we rented, Shandalee Lake Inn was not ready for us. As a matter of fact it was downright awful. Not only was the place filthy, but the pool was in disrepair and the hot tub was only hooked up and ready to work on our third day of the five day retreat. I am a person who understands when this type of thing happens in India to be specific, but NOT IN NEW YORK STATE when the owner has given his word that the place would be ready. That's just wrong! Thank Goddess for the internet where I can post something about it and people will hear my complaint. What a truly trashy place!

Never-the-less, the course got delivered to a group of enthusiastic participants willing to let go of their attachment to the familiar to "have it all" in the unknown and work their asses off to get to that place. Brilliant work!

We had a ball laughing and crying along the way and mostly growing!
