Osho in West Palm

On Monday, we did a fabulous Osho Meditation in Randall's living room. There were ten people (that's a start). We all closed our eyes and danced full out to African drum music. Then at the end of ten minutes, I rang a chime and everyone talked in Gibberish for 3 minutes. When I rang the chime again, we all stopped and stood in silence for 3 minutes.

What a fabulous expereince! Some people had never done anything like this before. The faces were radiant afterwards and people said they would be up for more. Great news! For those who have never done this type of meditation before, just a word to say it is very different from sitting in silence. I find it to be much more effective at quieting the mind. And quickly!

After the meditation, I shared my photos show of Inida. Again, they were a hit! I am so happy to be able to share this stuff. Next I'll do it in Philly. Not sure when yet, but soon.

I'm putting together the growing list of people who want to come to India with me when I return. If you are one of them, please let me know ASAP.
